Select 4×6 in (10×15 cm) in Step 1, frame your photo in Step 3, and download the 1:1 Print PDF in Step 4. In your printer dialog, select "Actual Size" or "Scale: 100%" (disable "Fit to Page"). Verify accuracy using the 2-inch / 5-cm ruler printed at the bottom of the sheet.

In Step 3, select "Full Photo + Blur Fill (No Cropping)". The tool keeps 100% of your vertical photo centered and fills the side margins with a soft blurred background from the photo itself or classic white bars.
Yes. In Step 3 you can assign a different target size to each individual photo (e.g., a 4-pack of ID photos, a captioned Polaroid, and a 4×6" print). Step 4 nests all of them together onto your chosen sheet.
